POSTAGE & HANDLING WITHIN AUSTRALIA IS A FLAT RATE OF $8.00
Orders will be dispatched to you via Express Post.
Please note that your order will be processed and dispatched on the day your order was placed. Your order will be received the next applicable business day via express post. For e.g. You place your order on Monday, therefore you will receive your products the next business day being Tuesday. There may be times where your order will at the very latest be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. For e.g You place your order on Monday, therefore your products will be received on Wednesday.
Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information required to process your order, such as your full name and address details. This also includes a successful authorisation, in the case of a credit card.
Orders placed on a Friday and during the weekend or on a public holiday will not begin processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon the dispatch of your order.
Please be advised that if you are not at the premises at the time of delivery your order will be diverted to your closest post office for collection. You should receive an awaiting collection card in your letterbox.
If it has been 2 business days since the dispatch confirmation e-mail was sent to you please contact your local post office as in most cases it is awaiting collection.
If your local Post Office does not have your order on hand please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
Postage & Handling to New Zealand is charged as follows;

2 products = $23.50

NOTE: Orders via Direct Deposit & Money Order require a processing time 24-48 hours. If you have purchased your products via Direct Deposit and do not wish to wait the 24-48 hour processing time. Please forward us a copy of your direct deposit receipt to info@beautyblender.com.au for a 24hr dispatch of your product.

All payments are processed via EWAY. This is 100% safe & secure. Once your order is placed with us you will be directed to their website to enter your payment details. Please note if your PC has been set to a High Security Setting then a message may be generated to indicate that the site is unsecure. Be rest assured this is not the case. If you have any concerns we can process orders over the phone.
We take every reasonable precaution to protect your payment details. Credit card payments are processed with the use of 128 bit encryption and SSL technology via our payment provider EWAY
Nouveau Visage will prosecute any cases of fraud that we identify. As a first time customer, you may receive a telephone call or email requesting more information/proof to confirm the details that you have supplied to us. If any of the information you supply is found to be false or misleading, we will, if we deem it appropriate, report this to the appropriate authorities for them to prosecute.
Returns Policy
At Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd we are dedicated to ensuring that your products are received in optimum condition.
If the product is deemed faulty we will offer you a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please note the return must be expedited to Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd within 14 days of receipt.
Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd shall have no liability in respect of any defect arising from misuse, wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised alteration or modification, abnormal working conditions or fair wear and tear.
Where a product is returned because you believe it is faulty and the fault cannot be observed by our internal testing, the product may need to be tested by the manufacturer. In such cases, the testing process may result in delays of up to 28 days before we can determine whether a credit note/refund will be issued.
In accordance with our policy we will normally issue a credit note or process a refund within 7 working days of us receiving the returned goods.

Pricing Policy
Every item is described as accurately as possible. The correct price is that which is displayed on this website at the time we receive your application, with the exception of a mistake where a pricing error is discovered or for reasons beyond our reasonable control, for example alterations to the rate of GST.
All prices are inclusive of any applicable GST. A tax invoice will be issued with your purchase.
Warranties and Defects
It is the responsibility of the Customer to satisfy itself as to the condition, quality, suitability and fitness of goods for any particular purpose and no representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the goods has been or is made or given by or on behalf of Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd in relation thereto.
Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any shortages or damage suffered to goods while in transit. Claims for breakages, damages and shortages during transit must be made to the carrier or delivery agent. Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd will assist you by providing information as required by Australia Post to process such a claim.
Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd shall have no liability in respect of any defect arising from misuse, wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised alteration or modification, abnormal working conditions or fair wear and tear.
Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd shall not be liable to the Customer for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage even if such loss were reasonably foreseeable or Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd had been advised of the possibility of the Customer incurring same. If it shall be held that Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd has any liability to the Customer then, except as expressly set forth in these terms and conditions, the liability of Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd to the Customer shall not exceed the lesser of:
The value of the goods the subject of any claim; or
the contract price.
Nouveau Visage Australia Pty Ltd shall have no liability arising from, and may correct at any time, any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, price list, quotation, invoice, communication or other document or information issued by it.
